After graduation, he embarked on building robust two- and three-story masonry concrete block and plank apartment buildings, tailored for long-term ownership. His commitment to quality has meant that he continues to own and maintain all of his apartment buildings, which are known for being low maintenance, durable, and desireable residences.
With over half a century of experience, Tom and his team have honed their expertise in constructing properties that embody long-term value and durability. This legacy of excellence in construction is now being carried forward by his son, Matthew Buntrock, a second-generation builder and developer.
